Our Philosophy:
Shelter is a basic human need.
We believe that everyone deserves a simple, decent place in which to live and grow. Whether you are looking for an affordable home for your family, you are a senior or disabled homeowner who can not afford to make necessary repairs to your home to insure your safety, or you are looking for an opportunity to volunteer, Loudon County Habitat for Humanity welcomes you into our family.

Our Programs
Home Ownership
We Believe that everyone should have a safe, affordable place to call home. Habitat’s path to homeownership is an in-depth process, requiring hard work, time, and dedication. Habitat homeowners pay an affordable mortgage and their payments are cycled back into future projects.
Critical Repair/Aging in Place
Critical home repairs that enable senior citizens to move around safely inside their homes and complete the routines of daily living. Our goal is to help senior citizens or disabled individuals continue to live in their own homes longer and maintain their independence.
Habitat Restore
ReStore provides a source of reasonably priced new and used clothing, household and decorative items, tools, and furniture for area families and for others who purchase items and then pass them on to a family that is in crisis or in need of a special helping hand.
Ready to Get Involved?
Whether you would like to be hands-on through our volunteer opportunities, donate to help fund future projects, or become a sponsor of a specific build or habitat event, your support is always appreciated. Get involved today.
