Habitat for Humanity of Loudon County has opportunities for Tennessee-licensed contractors to submit bids or RFQs (Request for Qualifications) for work through two of our programs: Home Repairs & New Home Construction. Loudon County Habitat accepts bids for new construction and RFQs on an ongoing basis. For more information about working with us through these programs, please click on the appropriate links below. Habitat utilizes both private and public funding for some of these projects, and abides by all federal, state and local procurement guidelines set forth. HFHSC accepts RFQs (Requests for Qualifications) on an ongoing basis.

Home Repairs

Habitat for Humanity of Loudon County Repairs program serves Loudon County homeowners over the age of 60 OR disabled OR a veteran through critical home repairs, accessibility improvements, mobility modifications and weatherization enhancements to help them continue to live in their own homes longer. This work can include installing wheelchair ramps, grab bars, handrails and ADA height toilets; and/or repairing/replacing plumbing, windows, doors, subfloors, water heaters, HVAC systems or roof systems. 

New Home Construction

Habitat for Humanity of Loudon County extends this invitation to bid on certain items and services for our new home construction program. Habitat utilizes both private and public funding for some of these projects, and abides by all federal state and local procurement guidelines set forth. HFHSC accepts new home construction bids on an ongoing basis.

Applicable local, state, and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246 are required.
